These terms govern text messages sent by FUND ONE LLC (“FUND ONE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to business owners who contacted us through a form on fundone.one.
1. Program
FUND ONE LLC Business Client Messaging. This program sends one-to-one text messages from FUND ONE LLC to business owners and officers who contacted us first through a form on this website.
2. How You Opt In
By providing a mobile number and checking the consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from FUND ONE LLC regarding the inquiry you submitted, educational materials you requested, scheduled calls, and documents needed to complete a review you have started.
The consent box on our forms reads, in full:

The box is separate from any other agreement, is not checked for you, and is not required to submit the form or to receive information from us. We never obtain mobile numbers from purchased lists, lead vendors, affiliates, funding partners, or any source other than our own web forms.
3. Consent Is Not a Condition
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, of submitting a funding application, or of receiving information from us.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and your replies — typically fewer than five messages per inquiry.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
6. How to Opt Out
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. To resubscribe, reply START.

8. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by your carrier, network availability, device settings, or other technical conditions.
9. Your Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Mobile numbers collected through our website forms are used solely by FUND ONE LLC to respond to the inquiry submitted and to service the business relationship that follows. We do not sell, rent, transfer, or broker mobile numbers or SMS consent records to lead buyers, affiliates, marketing partners, funding partners, or any other third party. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message.
